Hi B==
I am glad that you like what I call what I do.
Most of my clients are owners (& operaters) of the Japanese SMEs.
They usually do not have any demand for strategies for thier management.
They just need tactics to overcome the daily obstacles and to maneuver to survive in the competitive business environment.
The maneuvers they make are often intuitive and irrational. They are sometimes even unethical and barely legal. So the tactic building process could not be referred as planning. I think it more like scheming.
This is the reason that I call myself a tactical schemer.
