There are many great words that can be used to describe my dear friend “SHO” but what I admire most about him all these years lies in his ability to tenaciously seek to understand… Knowing alone has never been enough for “SHO”. It is this need to understand that has made him the thought leader he is today, a leader who is able to make decisions without losing sight of the real world because he not only knows but understands. “SHO” has a very resilient nature that not many people possess. His “Never say die” and “There is always a way” attitude makes him a great asset to any organization he works with as a leader.
He will be able to figure out ways to address issues which could turn the negative into positive, the weak into the strong. If you observe his work, one would think that “SHO” has built a “Service Quality Assurance Engine” into himself where he seeks to be the best and works hard to ensure that he always puts in his 100%.
